At Mitty, hygiene isn't just a box to tick, it's part of who we are.
From the way we prep every set, to the tools we use and the training behind it all, we’ve built our salon around one clear principle: your safety and nail health come first.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you All tools are:

• Thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after every client

• Stored in sealed pouches until your appointment

• Never shared between clients without proper sanitation

For anything that can’t be fully sterilised, like nail files and buffers, we store them in a personal hygiene pack labelled just for you. We only use them on you, and they’re never reused between clients.

Where possible, we use single-use disposables, and we dispose of them responsibly.

When you arrive, you are asked to wash your hand and we also wash our hand before we start as well as we wear gloves for your service.
We clean and disinfect every surface with hospital-grade disinfectants before every appointment.

Every member of our team is trained through Mitty Academy, with a strong focus on:

• Proper prep and sanitation

• Cross-contamination prevention

• Nail health and safety best practices

We don’t just meet industry standards, we exceed them, and we retrain weekly to stay sharp and consistent for you.
